The whole web sales process has been designed to be as user friendly as possible ensuring very little, if any, intervention by you, the broker. Quotes can be obtained directly from your website and saved for future reference. Once customers are happy to proceed they can go on cover immediately with options to pay by credit/debit card or instalments. Information is automatically posted onto our system and there is no further administration required. Also policyholders have the facility to notify claims, and make mid-term adjustments, when applicable; renewals will be handled automatically if required.
There is an opportunity to personalise each product on your website so that the front page can be adapted to your own specifications to include your logo and other information about your business. Secure, full enquiry access is also provided in order for you to download quote and new business information.
