  • Pension - Permanent employees aged 18 or over are offered a very competitive money purchase plan. You choose to make a contribution of 3%, 4% or 5% of your salary and we add to it with contributions of 8%, 10% or 12%.
  • Holidays - Our holiday entitlements are very competitive with other companies in our industry. Many of our people also get an increased holiday entitlement to reflect the nature and level of their role.
  • Private healthcare - We offer free private healthcare to all our employees, with the opportunity to extend this to family members at competitive rates.

  • Take-a-break scheme - Our Take-a-break policy gives the opportunity to take a sabbatical or career break for up to three months to go travelling or take part in voluntary work.

  • Lunch - You’ll receive a lunch allowance – currently £600 per annum.
